This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Aparthy. Please review it before placing an order.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@aparthy.store. We will do our best to help before the order is processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
Returns and Refunds
Because Aparthy products are consumable wellness products, returns may be limited for safety and quality reasons. To request a refund or return review, email us with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product so we can review the issue quickly.
Subscription Orders
Subscription renewals may be processed automatically based on the subscription terms shown at checkout. Please manage or cancel subscriptions before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
